Welcome to Keynsham Town Juniors – a FA Chartered Standard Community Club

The Under 6s are the entrance point for your children to begin their football careers. As you can see by exploring this website, we have teams at every age group, with teams exiting into the Senior section at Under 16-17.

At the start of each new season in September, we are looking for children to be 5 years old to join. They will be taught basic football skills in a fun atmosphere on Saturday mornings at the Crown Fields, Keynsham.

Each of our Club coaches has a minimum of a FA Level 1 Coaching qualification, has been taught to administer Emergency First Aid and have been CRB checked. So, for peace of mind, you can see that your child will start his footballing life in a safe and protected environment.

The following comment from an Under 6 parent:

‘When my son joined KTJFC at the age of 5,he had very little speech with no communication or social skills. He has now developed socially with many friends and at the football club is certainly “one of the lads.” The huge support and encouragement from KTJFC has played a major part in his development, for which I am extremely grateful’.

Season 2011-12
We started the 2011-12 season with 26 new starters ( some from last seasons squad as they are still young enough) but a complete new set of players of the future. Where do they are come from? I look forward as usual to the challenge.
